“Will the quote grow after I commit?”
Your estimate is itemised instead of presented as one vague lump sum. Materials, rates and scope are visible before production begins.
Grihala takes on a deliberately small number of homes at a time, so the founders stay involved—from the home visit and design to an itemised quote, factory production and installation.
Founder-led interiors in Bangalore with itemised pricing, branded materials and in-house manufacturing.

Grihala uses fixed, real rates. Your quote is based on the actual scope of work, with materials and pricing clearly specified.
Use these as an early fit check before you book a consultation.
Interior projects become stressful when the price changes, the material inside the panel is unknown, or the person who sold the job disappears. Grihala's process is built to reduce those gaps.
Your estimate is itemised instead of presented as one vague lump sum. Materials, rates and scope are visible before production begins.
Core materials and hardware are named—not hidden behind the finish. Century or Greenply BWR plywood and Hettich hardware are specified.
There is no call-centre layer. Latha leads design and home visits; Praveen runs operations and the factory. The deliberately small project load keeps the founders close to the work.

Your woodwork is machine-cut in Grihala's Kammasandra facility and installed by our own carpenters, keeping manufacturing and execution within one accountable team.

From factory production to installation in your home, execution stays with the same Grihala team.
Grihala deliberately runs only a few homes at once so the founders can stay personally accountable.
Panel saw, edgebanding, pressing and boring happen at the Kammasandra unit rather than being sent to outside job-work shops.
The experience centre sits with the factory, so you can see materials and hardware physically before committing.
From first discussion to installation, the goal is to keep scope, materials, cost and responsibility clear.

The factory and experience centre are together in Kammasandra. Instead of choosing from a screen alone, you can inspect the finish, open drawers, test the hardware and see the production setup in person.
A typical 2 BHK project is around ₹4.5–6.5 lakh and a typical 3 BHK around ₹7–10 lakh, depending on the actual woodwork, finishes and scope. Modular kitchens start around ₹1.5 lakh and custom wardrobes around ₹60,000.
It refers to the square footage of woodwork actually built—not the total area of your apartment. The quote is calculated from the cabinetry and furniture scope, then itemised.
Grihala's rates are fixed rather than inflated first and discounted later. The commercial position is clear pricing and consistent materials, not festival offers or last-minute negotiation.
The standard specification uses branded core materials such as Century or Greenply BWR plywood and Hettich hardware. The material names and rates are written into the quote / contract.
Latha Shetty leads design and conducts client home visits and quotations. Praveen Prasad runs operations and the factory. The business intentionally keeps the project load small so the founders remain involved.
