It refers to the square footage of woodwork actually built—not the total area of your apartment. The quote is calculated from the cabinetry and furniture scope, then itemised.
Do you offer discounts or negotiate the quoted rate?
Grihala's rates are fixed rather than inflated first and discounted later. The commercial position is clear pricing and consistent materials, not festival offers or last-minute negotiation.
Which materials do you use?
The standard specification uses branded core materials such as Century or Greenply BWR plywood and Hettich hardware. The material names and rates are written into the quote / contract.
Who will visit my home and manage the project?
Latha Shetty leads design and conducts client home visits and quotations. Praveen Prasad runs operations and the factory. The business intentionally keeps the project load small so the founders remain involved.
How long does a project take?
Grihala uses a 45-day delivery commitment with a penalty clause, with a historical average of about 35 days. The exact schedule depends on final scope and readiness of the site.
Can I do only a modular kitchen or wardrobe?
Yes. Kitchens and wardrobes are available as standalone projects and can later expand into a broader home-interior scope.
Can I visit the factory and experience centre?
Yes. The manufacturing unit and experience centre are together in Kammasandra, where you can inspect materials, finishes and hardware in person.
